Continuing illegal parking
If illegal parking continues beyond 3 hours, article 110 provides for a new offence notice and recidivism.
Vehicle removal
After the second three-hour period of illegal parking, the vehicle is to be removed. Where traffic, parking for vehicles used by people with disabilities, or rail or tram movement is obstructed, removal is immediate. Removal and storage costs are borne by the owner or keeper.
