What we publish
The site organises the offences, fines, administrative measures and express criminal sanctions in the current Greek Road Traffic Code into a table and concise topic pages. Its purpose is quick reference to the exact provision and official source.
How the data is checked
- Categories, amounts, durations and deadlines are checked against the official Government Gazette A 100/13.06.2025.
- Every affected provision is also checked against Gazette A 117/24.07.2026. Law 5322/2026 directly amended articles 24, 44 and 103 of the Code.
Official sources
The links open the official Government Gazettes at et.gr. The Gazette for Law 5209/2025 contains the original Code and the Gazette for Law 5322/2026 contains the later amendments incorporated into affected data.
