Cookies and choices on your device
The kok.lang cookie contains only the Greek or English choice and is retained for one year. It is necessary to display the language you requested.
Consent for Google's cookies is requested and recorded by Google itself, through its own consent form. The site no longer shows a dialog of its own and keeps no decision cookie of its own. The former kok.consent is unused and is deleted from your browser the next time you open a page.
Until you answer the form, Google's tags start with advertising storage, user data, personalisation and measurement all denied. That denial is set before any tag loads. The cookies and identifiers Google describes are set only once you have given your consent to Google.
You may change or withdraw your answer at any time through Cookie settings in the footer, which reopens the same form. The button appears only where the form is available in your region and is not blocked by your browser. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand.
Anonymous aggregate analytics
First-party measurement is a necessary site function and does not depend on the advertising-cookie choice. It only increments a daily aggregate count by public path and language. It stores no IP address, user agent, referrer, cookie, session identifier, fingerprint or text entered in search.
Counts are aggregated on write in a database on the same server, and no per-visitor event log is created.
Contact messages
If you submit a report, the message and optional email you entered are stored without IP address, user agent or referrer. They are used only to investigate and answer the report and are retained only for as long as needed for that purpose.
Do not send a name, registration number, notice number or document photograph.
Technical security logs
The application itself writes no IP address or user agent to the analytics database or contact form. The hosting provider or reverse proxy may temporarily keep standard access logs for security, abuse prevention and diagnosis. The actual provider and retention period must be completed before public operation.
Google and advertising
No advertising is displayed on any page. The advertising provider is Google, to which the site is connected, and its tag loads on every page. It loads because that same tag is what shows Google's consent form: holding it back until consent was given would mean the form never appeared and consent was never asked for.
Before any tag loads, the site declares advertising storage, user data, personalisation and measurement denied. Google operates in that state until you answer its form. Consent is collected and recorded by Google, not by us.
For the cookies, identifiers, recipients, retention periods and transfers outside the EEA that concern its own services, Google and its current notices are the authority. If the display of advertising is enabled later, this page will be updated before that happens.
Legal bases, rights and complaint
Language is provided because you requested it. First-party aggregate measurement does not depend on cookie consent because it neither writes nor reads a cookie and creates no visitor identifier. Security and responding to reports rely on the legitimate interest in operating and correcting the service. Google's cookies and identifiers rely solely on the consent you give in its form.
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection where applicable and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
